The Arts at ISI
The arts are part of the International School of Indiana at every level. In the Primary Years Program at ISI, students have once-a-week music and visual arts classes. Students in the Middle Years and Diploma Programs can select courses in music (including band and choir), the visual arts, and theatre arts.
In addition, ISI offers many extra-curricular enrichment classes to complement students’ work in the arts. These include acting, chorus, dance, music and movement, private music lessons, pottery, scrapbooking, and sewing.
Student participation in arts classes and activities often include performances such as concerts, plays, group and individual competitions, school-wide assemblies. and exhibitions. Students are given opportunities to perform and share their culture.
