LEARNING SCENARIO AND FAMILY OPTIONS

  • ISI returned for in-person learning in August. Families who wished to opt-out of in-person learning completed a Request for Remote Learning form. Families are encouraged to review the impacts of their decision to opt into remote learning.
  • Any school closures will be based on public health and governmental guidelines.
  • The ISI Community should anticipate that the nature of the pandemic makes it probable that the delivery of curriculum during the 2020-2021 academic year will occur through a highly flexible mix of learning scenarios - in-person, remote, and online instruction - throughout the academic year. Review the first phase publication of our Return Itinerary to review the learning scenarios that may be utilized during the academic year.

HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES

  • Anyone entering a campus building must wear a face mask* in all hallways, public spaces, and common areas and when outside of their cohort anytime social distancing of 6 feet is not possible, and may be required to wear them in their cohort if public health guidelines or orders become more stringent
  • All students will be required to participate in a daily health screening.
  • Bus Service has been restructured for essential purposes only and with new health and safety measures in place.
  • Access to campus facilities is limited for the fall semester. See the visitor policy

*AN EXECUTIVE ORDER ISSUED BY INDIANA GOVERNOR ERIC HOLCOMB ON JULY 27 CURRENTLY SUPERSEDES THE ISI FACE MASK POLICY.
