8/21 | Grade 5 and 6 Volleyball vs The Oaks Academy | 17-25, 21-25
With only four practices under their belt, the athletes showed incredible effort and teamwork in their first game of the season. Their performance set a strong foundation to build on, and we’re excited to watch their skills and confidence continue to grow with each game ahead.

8/22 | Grade 5 and 6 Volleyball B Team vs P.A.L. | 9-25, 10-25
Every player gave their best effort in the first game of the season. The team’s determination and teamwork were clear, creating a solid starting point to grow from. We’re eager to see how they continue to develop and shine throughout the season!

8/25 | Grade 5 and 6 Volleyball vs Traders Point | 15-25, 25-20, 15-7
The Gryphon ladies played well and got their 1st win of the season. While the players had a slow start in the first set, they were on fire in the 2nd and 3rd sets. Congratulations Lady Gryphons

8/26 | Grade 5 and 6 Volleyball vs Park Tudor | 12-25, 9-25
The team worked hard against a strong Park Tudor team. They left the match will new goals to work on, as the team continues to practice and grow more confident communicating on the court and working together as a unit.

8/29 | Grade 5 and 6 Volleyball B Team vs The Oaks Academy | 19-25, 25-13, 15-12
Our Grade 5 volleyball players played a great game on Friday, walking away with a comeback victory! With additional practices under their belt, they are beginning to play as a cohesive unit.

9/2 | Grade 5 and 6 Volleyball vs Sycamore School | 18-25, 10-25
The Gryphon ladies played hard but came up short in their loss to Sycamore. The players continue to improve their game, and the serves continue to get better in every game.

9/4 | Grade 5 and 6 Volleyball vs Hasten Hebrew Academy | 6-25, 22-25
The players had a slow start in the first match but put in great effort. They fell behind early in the match but went on a serving streak to get close to a win. The team displayed amazing teamwork and improved communication.

9/9 | Grade 5 and 6 Volleyball vs St Richards | 25-23, 20-25, 15-9
The players played an outstanding game. They worked together as a team and communicated well. Each game, they continue to improve

9/11 | Grade 5 and 6 Volleyball vs Orchard School | 12-25, 15-25
The players played a great game, but unfortunately, it didn't go the way we wanted. Their confidence in playing continues to grow with each match, and the students are using the things they are taught in practice and putting them into action

9/15 | Grade 5 and 6 Volleyball vs Mooresville Christian Academy | 14-25, 23-25
The score does not reflect how well the Gryphon ladies played. This group just continues to get better each game. They are putting to use the skills that are being taught at practice.

9/17 | Grade 5 and 6 Volleyball vs Indiana School for the Deaf | 21-25, 25-23, 15-10
The girls played an outstanding game. They worked hard for every point them scored. The communication and teamwork was spot on. There are 3 regular season home games left and I am so excited to see them play.

9/25 | Grade 5 and 6 Volleyball B Team vs Coram Deo | 25-20, 19-25, 11-15
The team started out very strong in the first set, getting their serves and returns over the net. In the 2nd set, they fell behind and came back strong, but unfortunately, they just ran out of time. In the 3rd and final set, they struggled with their returns. They made a tremendous comeback, but once again they ran out of time. The team played a great game.

9/30 | Grade 5 and 6 Volleyball vs Indianapolis Christian Schools | 10-25, 14-25
The team faced a tough match against Indianapolis Christian Schools, falling in straight sets (10-25, 14-25). Struggles with serving and focus on the court made it difficult to gain momentum. The team will look to regroup and come back stronger in their next outing.

10/1 | Grade 5 and 6 Volleyball vs IISL Tournament | 21-25, 23-25
What a great game to end the season! The players did outstanding with their serves, returning the ball and their communication improved.
