PARTICIPANT PROCEDURES
Due to COVID-19, child care and extended supervision policies have been adjusted to adhere to safety and health precautions, including the cohort model that ISI will operate under. Families are asked to become familiar with the new procedures.
Arrival and Departure Procedures
Arrival time is 7:00 - 7:45 a.m. Monday through Friday while the program is in session.

1. Parents park. 2. Student taken to the main door of the Taurel Building (west entrance). 3. Ring doorbell. 4. Student health screening is administered and student entry is confirmed or excluded. 5. Upon confirmed entry, student proceeds to the designated before-care extended supervision cohort. |
Pick-up time is no later than 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday while the program is in session
LOWER SCHOOL pick up |

UPPER SCHOOL pick up: MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS HOSTED IN BLACKWELL BUILDING |

**Late pick-up fee: Child care and extended supervision closes promptly at 6 PM. Late fees ($25.00 per child/per 15 minute increment) will be assessed beginning at 6:01 PM and and will be applied to the next month's tuition invoice. Habitual late pick-ups may result in restrictions to program participation.
ADDITIONAL PLANNING INFORMATION
Cohorts: All childcare and extended supervision participants have been assigned to a cohort, defined as their secondary cohort. You can read about cohorts in the Cohort Model policy.
Masks: All child care and extended supervision participants will be required to adhere to the ISI Face Masks policy and to observe all of the campus health and safety measures.
Snacks: ISI provides an individually packaged snack for after-school care and extended supervision participants. Students should provide their own water bottle.
Supplies and Toys: Supplies and toys will be used according to the Health and Safety Measures policy limiting use within a cohort. Supplies will be disinfected regularly also according to the procedures outlined in the health and safety measures policy.
Notification regarding change of plans: If you routinely use child care or extended supervision but need to make alternative arrangements that impact your child’s after-care plans, e.g. departing at a different time, being picked up by a different adult, please contact the following individuals:
