general operations
- Decisions will be made per season.
- No team transportation provided. Only parents and/or students may drive athletes to games.
- There will be no usage of locker rooms. Students will change in restroom stalls prior to athletic practices or games.
- Limits placed on spectators. No in-person spectators for indoor sports. A livestream of indoor sports will be provided when possible.
- Spectators for outdoor sports are limited to two per athlete, but no access to ISI facilities will be provided. Portable restrooms available outside.
- Spectators are required to bring their own seating as bleachers are reserved for athletes.
- Tennis practice will take place off-campus at the West Indy Racquet Club. Cross Country practice will begin on campus but participants will typically run off-campus.
- Liability release form required for participation in athletics.
- If a confirmed case occurs, we will follow the CDC guidelines
- School Nurse Carol Mark will utilize contact tracing
- The sports cohorts are subject to a 2-5 day isolation period and must get tested based on exposure and/or confirmed cases reported by an opponent team
- All other cohorts will be notified of a confirmed case.
By grade level
Grade 4 and 5 Students: Athletics are suspended to minimize mobility between campuses and associated risks.
Middle School: Athletics will proceed as planned and in accordance with ISI, IHSAA and state of Indiana health guidelines.
High School: Athletics will proceed in accordance with ISI, IHSAA and state guidelines but are subject to cancellation based on public health.
