• Newfields, located at 4000 N Michigan Rd, is less than one mile south of the ISI campus on the corner of 38th Street and Michigan Rd.
• Free parking is available in the Newfields parking lot and garage. 
• The most readily available handicapped parking spots are located in the Newfields parking garage. Guests may park there and take the elevator, which provides direct access to the museum's lobby.

• Graduation rehearsal will be held immediately before the event at 4:30 p.m. for students and participating faculty.
• Graduates and participating faculty are asked to arrive fully ready for graduation (dressed in formal attire, cap, and gown).
• Upon arrival, graduates will walk through the security entrance and proceed to the right (towards the gift shop). Notify the Newfields attendant that you have arrived for the ISI Graduation, and they will guide you to the theater. 
• A group picture of the graduating class will also be taken at this time. 
• Graduates are encouraged to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to the rehearsal. 

• There is no limit to the number of guests each graduate may invite. 
• Doors to The Tobias Theater open at 5:30 p.m. for guests.
• Guests are not required to bring any type of ticket to gain entrance to the museum. Upon arrival, guests will walk through the security entrance and proceed to the right (towards the gift shop). Notify the Newfields attendant that you have arrived for the ISI Graduation, and they will guide you to the theater. 
• Seating is first-come, first-served, and reserved general seating is not available.
• The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. 

• Graduates will be led outside near the museum entrance after the ceremony concludes. Guests will then exit the theater and may meet their graduate outside.
• The Sutphin Mall & Fountain area will be open and available for graduates and their families to continue celebrating and take photos on the beautiful Newfields grounds. Please note that The Garden at Newfields will be closed at this time. 

Although the number of guests each graduate can invite to the ceremony is not limited, we know not everyone will be able to attend in person.

We will be holding a live broadcast of the event on the ISI Facebook page for those who would like to participate virtually! Please share this news with family and friends who are unable to attend the ceremony.

The live broadcast will be available starting at approximately 5:55 p.m. (EST). If circumstances prevent the livestream, an announcement will be posted to the ISI Facebook page to update that status.
