We invite you to the International School of Indiana’s signature fundraising event, the International Gala on Saturday, March 11, 2023. An elegant evening filled with a delightful dinner, silent and live auctions, time to explore exhibits, and awesome after-party awaits.

Event Schedule

6:00 p.m. - VIP Arrival
VIP guests will have access to the Carousel Wishes and Dream exhibit upon arrival. At the VIP reception, guests will enjoy hors d'oeuvres and a bar with select complimentary drinks, as well as exclusive access to the exhibit, including carousel photo opportunities, a mirror maze, games & puzzles arcade, and treehouses. 

6:30 p.m. - General Arrival
Guests will arrive at the Welcome Center and enjoy hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar, and an opportunity to view and place bids on auction items. 

7:30 p.m. - Programming Begins
Back by popular demand - MCs Chris Waters and Elizabeth Head! Dinner and event programming will take place in the Sunburst Atrium. Dinner will be a three-course meal, with a dual-plated entree, with vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options also available.

9:00 p.m. - After Party Begins
All guests will be able to explore the American POP and Dinosphere galleries from 9:00-10:00 p.m. At 10:00 p.m., guests can gather in the Welcome Center for the DJ and dance floor.

EVENT COMMITTEEs

Gala Chairs: Erik and Heather Woods

Heather and Erik Woods are parents to two ISI students at the Lower School and Upper School. The Woods family has been at ISI since 2014. They are generous and dedicated community members. Their generosity during the ONE ISI campaign made the Woods Family Maker Space possible. Heather serves as a Room Captain and Erik leads the ISI Wrestling Club.

Committees:

  • Auction Procurement Committee: Committee members will solicit auction items from the community, pick items up, photograph items, and prepare them for the event.
  • Sponsorship Committee: Committee members will lead outreach to ISI families and community partners to secure sponsorships. 
  • Event Volunteer Committee: Volunteers will assist in event setup the Friday and Saturday of the Gala, including registration assistance, helping with the live auction, seating, managing auction items, etc...
  • Public Relations Committee: Assists with coordinating ticket and table sales. Requires communication with ISI parents and Room Captains to ensure that each class is represented at the event.
  • Decor & Program Committee: Assists with centerpieces and any other event programming needed. Ideal for volunteers who wish to be hands-on and work on creative projects.

 

Sponsorship Opportunities

Drive your corporate brand presence and engagement in the local community with participation in multiple sponsor opportunities.

Audience: 500+ International parents, alumni and community members including corporate and civic leaders and entrepreneurs.
