

Year-end Checklist

Thank you for another great school year at ISI! As you prepare for the end of the year, please view the checklist to ensure your family is not missing any important information and upcoming deadlines. Please select the Lower School or Upper School tab below to view your relevant checklist.
Lower School Checklist
tasks to complete by June 5:
- Make a donation to the ONE Future Campaign & attend the Top of the Shower Signing
Every donor who supports our $14 million campaign goal, no matter the size of the gift, will be recognized as a Cornerstone Contributor. All donors are invited to sign the top of the Eiffel Tower on the last day of school. - Collect Classroom Supplies and Projects
Any personal classroom supplies and projects must be taken home by June 5. Any items remaining after the deadline will be donated or thrown away. - Download SeeSaw Projects
Lower School families must save their students’ work through Seesaw by June 5 if they want to keep files and images for their own records. - Bring Home Your Yearbook
Upon arrival, the 2025-2026 yearbooks will be delivered to students who purchased them directly to their classrooms. If extra copies are available, a link to purchase will be published in the ISI App. - Pick Up Student Medications
All student medications must be picked up from the Nurse’s Office no later than the last day of school. ISI will not store medications over the summer. - Pick Up Any Remaining Items from the Lost & Found by May 29
The last day to pick up your lost & found items is Friday, May 29. All items remaining at school after this day will be donated.
Items to Turn In on or before June 5
Families will be invoiced for missing items over the summer.
- Turn in Your Library Books
Library Books must be returned to the library to avoid fees. If you return books after May 29, you can turn them in at the front desk. Invoices for missing books will be sent to families over the summer. - Turn in Athletics Uniforms
Grades 4 and 5 student-athletes should turn any athletics uniforms in by Wednesday, June 3, to Zach Haley in M6 (located next to the Blackwell Building) or to front desk personnel at Chen, Blackwell, or Taurel.
Items to Dispose of or Donate
- Used Uniform Collection
If you have any used uniforms in good or excellent condition (no holes or stains, please), the PA will accept them for back-to-school sales in August. Donations can be dropped off at the front desk at Chen. - Dispose of Your Car Tags
Car tags can be thrown away after the last day of school. In August, families will receive new tags for the upcoming school year.
Tasks to Do or Complete for the New School Year
- Access School Supply Lists and Order EduKit by June 20
School Supply Lists for the 2026-2027 School Year are available. Thanks to the ISI PA, Lower School families can order supplies via EduKit. School supplies ordered via EduKit are delivered directly to student classrooms. Families may learn more about EduKit on our web page. All orders must be placed by June 20. - Preorder your Gryphon Gear by June 30.
Preorders for the Gryphon Store are now live to ensure your family can get the desired items and sizes before the start of the new school year. Preorders close on June 30. Items will arrive before the start of the 2026/27 school year, and pickup will be held during Back-to-School events. - Complete the Volunteer Interest Indicator Form
Volunteers are a significant resource in helping create a supportive and welcoming environment at ISI. To get involved, please complete the Volunteer Interest Indicator form. It’s a quick way to let us know which areas, such as the Parent Association, fundraising, or athletics, you’d like to support through volunteering during the 2026-2027 school year. - Register for Fall Athletics by Monday, July 6

Fall Athletics registration is open! Incoming Grade 5 and 6 students are eligible to participate in:- Co-Ed Soccer (Grade 5/6)
- Girls Volleyball (Grade 5/6)
- Co-Ed Cross Country (Grade 5-8)
- Co-Ed 5-8 Tennis (Grade 5-8)
- Register Now for Fall 2026 Sports
To ensure that team rosters and coaching staff are set and practices can promptly begin at the start of the school year, registration is now open and will close on July 6 at 11:59 p.m.
- Order Your Fall Athletics Spiritwear
There will be two ordering windows for Fall Athletics Spiritwear: May 13–27 and June 22–July 6. Families will receive email communications throughout the summer with reminders ahead of the July 6 deadline.
Upper School Checklist

Students must have their lockers completely cleaned out by the last day of school. Any items left will be donated or thrown away - Pick Up Your Yearbook
Upon the delivery of the 2025-2026 yearbooks, students may pick up their copy. Middle school students should go to the front desk of the Blackwell Building, and High school students should go to the front desk of the Taurel Building to retrieve their yearbooks during morning break or lunch. If extra copies are available, a link to purchase will be published in the ISI App. - Pick Up Student Medications
All Upper School student medications must be picked up from the front desk in Blackwell or Taurel by the last day of school. ISI will not store medications left in the building over the summer. - Pick Up Any Remaining Items from the Lost & FoundThe last day to pick up your lost & found items is Wednesday, June 3. Uniforms not picked up will go to the PA for the Used Uniform Sale. Other items will be donated to charity.

Borrowed library books must be left at the library desk with the student's name on a post-it note. - Turn in Athletics Uniforms
Student-athletes should turn in athletics uniforms by Wednesday, June 3, to Zach Haley in M6 or to front desk personnel at Chen, Blackwell, or Taurel. - Turn in Textbooks
Class teachers will collect students' textbooks. Please make sure no textbooks remain at home. - Turn in Technology
Mrs. Weiss will collect any loaner computers from students. Arts teachers will collect any borrowed resources from students.
