


Gryphon Store Return & Exchange Policy
Items kept in the Gryphon Store general stock are eligible for returns/exchanges if the request is made within 14 days of the item purchase AND if the items are still in new condition. All sales are final on sale items.
If you placed your order through the Gryphon Store online, you will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready. If items are not arranged to be picked up within 28 days, you will be refunded and the items will be put back on sale.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact kcahlamer@isind.org with the item description and reason for your return or exchange. ISI will provide you with the next pickup date and location for you to receive a refund or exchange an item.
Specialty Store Items
Specialty Store orders include (but are not limited to) athletics spiritwear, theatre, club, senior, and cultural celebration apparel orders. Specialty Store collects preorders, and all sales are final unless ISI is contacted with order cancellations or corrections BEFORE the order deadline.
