Boston Harvard Model Congress (Feb 20-25):
Six of our students attended the prestigious Harvard Model Congress, where 1,700 students from around the world gathered. It was our first time, and the conference was incredibly welcoming. Delegates experienced both small and large committee sessions, including the full House and Senate. Some participated in unique committees like a Harry Potter-themed Ad Hoc committee, while others tackled challenges in committees such as the West Wing or the Historical Committee on the HMS Bounty.

Indiana University Model United Nations (Feb 28-Mar 2):
Twelve of our delegates attended this smaller conference with 350 students from nearby states. It was an excellent opportunity for skill-building, offering feedback and instruction throughout. Three of our alumni served as chairs, while another volunteered to help the organizers. In their downtime, students had fun bowling, playing pool, and dancing at a silent disco while also making new friends and sharpening their skills.

At ISI, students follow a comprehensive IB continuum from their earliest years through graduation. This means that every student engages in an inquiry-driven, skills-focused approach to learning that encourages independence, reflection, and real-world application. The Personal Project, completed in Grade 10, brings these priorities to life in a meaningful and highly personal way.
