Golf Outing 2026 Recap

ISI community members participate in the fourth annual ISI Golf Outing in support of the ISI Athletics Program

The energy was high, the weather was beautiful, and the competition was friendly as nearly 100 golfers teed off at the Broadmoor Country Club on September 28 for International School of Indiana's fourth annual Golf Outing! The event is part of a larger effort to increase philanthropic support and community engagement in Gryphon Athletics.
 
Current and alumni ISI families, ISI coaches, and friends interacted with each other and ISI student-athletes before enjoying a shotgun-start golf scramble, the Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin competitions, and a 50/50 raffle. 

Thanks to the incredible generosity of the full-year athletics sponsors (annual sponsors), Golf Outing sponsors, and participants of this year’s Golf Outing, more than $65,000 was raised through the annual fundraising efforts in support of athletics - surpassing last year’s total by $20,000. While most fundraising dollars go into the Athletics general fund, giving ISI the flexibility to make key purchases to support the program as needed throughout the year, part of what is raised through the sponsorships and Golf Outing is dedicated to larger projects that take the Gryphon Athletics program and our student-athletes’ experience to the next level. 

Thanks to the success of this year’s Athletics fundraising, ISI has been able to proceed with exciting projects for the 2026-2027 school year, including:

• New branded ISI volleyball nets
• New uniforms for many of our teams, including Varsity Soccer, Varsity Basketball, and Middle School Basketball, Middle School Soccer, Middle School Volleyball
• New soccer goals on the main soccer field
• New discus net

The ISI Athletics Program includes more than 20 teams composed of students in grades 5 through 12. Recent additions to the program include the Middle and High School Cheer Teams and the Middle School Girls Basketball Team. 

There are still many opportunities to support ISI Athletics! While annual fundraising efforts are helping to meet the immediate needs of the Athletics program, the ONE Future Campaign, a $14 million effort, is providing philanthropic support for athletic programming and enabling the construction of new athletic facilities, with new and upgraded athletic spaces anticipated to be completed by fall 2028. You can donate in support of annual and campaign efforts at any time. Annual gifts can be made online—just select the Athletics box to support our Gryphon Athletes. For campaign gifts, you are welcome to meet with our staff to discuss larger projects and naming opportunities, or gifts can also be made online.
