J-1 Visa Program Information

General Summary of Fees and Other Costs for ISI’s J-1 Program
The International School of Indiana is a sponsor of J-1 visas under the Teacher Exchange Visitor category. As such, we are required to provide on our main websites (and in our recruiting materials) a general summary of the program’s associated fees. These are the costs teachers can expect to pay while on an exchange program. All costs are listed in $USD.

The International School of Indiana pays all fees for our J-1 and J-2 visa holders including forms I-901 and DS-160 (by reimbursement if necessary). ISI does not work with third-party agents to find placements for teachers. ISI only provides J-1 visa sponsorships to teachers employed at the International School of Indiana. As such, we are unable to assist with sponsorships for teachers seeking to work in schools other than ISI.
