Zachary Haley serves as the Athletic Director at the International School of Indiana. With over 15 years of experience in education and coaching, Zach has supported middle and high school students in roles such as wellness educator, athletics administrator, and coach for basketball, track and field, tennis, golf, and soccer.
Before joining ISI, Zach worked in several Indiana school districts, including Indianapolis Public Schools, Evansville-Vanderburgh School Corporation, Pike Township, and Indiana Math and Science Academy North, where he also served as Athletic Director. His diverse background in the classroom and on the field has built a strong foundation in student-centered leadership and athletic program development.
Since joining ISI in 2022, Zach has become a valued member of the community, recognized for building positive relationships with students and for his enthusiasm for ISI’s mission and international perspective. Zach is leading Gryphon Athletics at a pivotal time as ISI pursues a strategic vision to establish a comprehensive program framework with modern amenities and facilities. His leadership is focused on building a competitive athletics program that attracts and retains Upper School students while aligning with the school's broader goals and priorities. Zach is committed to ensuring that Gryphon Athletics not only supports students’ physical, social, and emotional development but also advances ISI’s mission and continued growth.
Jamares McCloud Assistant Athletic Director & head Basketball Coach
Jamares McCloud joined ISI Athletics in the 2026-2027 school year as Assistant Athletic Director and Head Basketball Coach. Coach McCloud joins ISI after a successful tenure at Lawrence Central, where he recently concluded his time as an associate head coach with a sectional championship season. With a decade of coaching experience across central Indiana, Coach McCloud brings a proven track record of player development, leadership, and competitive excellence to the program.
Coach McCloud’s coaching experience includes serving as an associate head coach and assistant coach for 10 seasons with several distinguished programs throughout central Indiana, including Lawrence Central, Hamilton Southeastern, Indy Tech, and Franklin Central.
In addition to his high school coaching responsibilities, Coach McCloud has extensive experience in the AAU basketball community, having coached with multiple organizations, including Grand Park, Indy Heat Gym Rats, and Indiana Game.
Throughout his coaching career, Coach McCloud has demonstrated an exceptional ability to identify, develop, and mentor talented players. His efforts have resulted in coaching and developing numerous athletes who have earned All-Conference, All-State, and Indiana All-Star recognition.
Devin Selvaag joined the International School of Indiana in 2022 as Associate Athletic Director and now serves as Event Coordinator. During his time at ISI, he has enjoyed supporting the school community while watching students grow, develop, and gain confidence both in and out of the classroom.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Devin is passionate about helping young athletes build their skills, discover a love of athletics, and develop confidence through teamwork and competition. Having started his own athletic journey at a young age, he especially enjoys mentoring students as they grow in both their abilities and their belief in themselves. Devin is grateful to be part of the ISI community and values the opportunity to contribute to meaningful experiences that support students' growth.
Amber Bluford is originally from Denver, Colorado. Her passion for athletic training began in high school, where she worked alongside her school's athletic trainer and discovered her love for both sports and medicine. That experience inspired her to pursue a career in athletic training.
Amber has worked in sports medicine since 2014 and has been a valued member of the ISI team since 2018. She enjoys watching student-athletes grow from freshmen into confident seniors, both as athletes and as individuals.
She is grateful to be part of the ISI team and loves working with the staff, students, and their families. Amber is passionate about what she does and is dedicated to supporting student-athletes throughout their journey.
