Enrichment Programs and Childcare
ISI offers a variety of after-school enrichment classes such as:
- Chess and other strategy games
- Choir
- Dance
- Girls Scouts
- Gymnastics
- Karate
- Music and Movement
- Private music lessons, including guitar, piano, percussion, ukulele, and violin
- Performing Arts – Acting
- Pottery and Claymania
- Science
- Scrabble Club
- Scrapbooking
- Sewing
- Soccer
- Yoga

Childcare
ISI provides quality childcare in a nurturing environment before school, after school and on certain days that school is not in session. These programs are an extension of the school day with the same student behavior expectations.
Kim Rose is the After School and Enrichment Coordinator, responsible for before and after care at the 49th St campus, as well as the Blackwell building. Her office is located the 49th Street campus. She is at the 49th St building on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and at the Blackwell building on Tuesday and Thursday.
The After School Assistant, is Lauren Verhiley, who is an emergency medical technician. Lauren is at the 49th St building on Tuesday and Thursday and at the Blackwell building on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
