Financial Assistance
ISI’s commitment to economic diversity is supported by a financial aid program, which provides access to a quality education by helping families who cannot easily afford the tuition. Through scholarships, payment plans and need-based financial aid, we work toward making an ISI education feasible for deserving children throughout our area. A number of financing options can make a private school education possible.
ISI typically awards Financial Assistance of more than $700,000 on an annual basis, which is distributed to between 20% and 25% of our families through the following programs:
Need-based Financial Assistance
- These awards are based solely on demonstrated financial need.
- Although ISI has a strong tradition of supporting families whose need is substantial, we also carefully assess and support the needs of middle-income families.
- Staff members who have financial need also receive special consideration.
Exchange Student Aid
- ISI often receives admissions requests from students and families from other countries for enrollment from a few weeks to a full academic year.
- In special circumstances, ISI will admit international exchange students and charge tuition according to the means of the family of origin. These students are accepted following the admission criteria we use for any other student and are enrolled only after we have met the target enrollment.
If Requesting Financial Assistance:
- Forms may also be completed on line at http://sss.nais.org from November 1 .
- Parents may call the admissions office and ask to have a PFS form mailed to their home.
- PFS forms should be completed and mailed before the close date to School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS).
- The ISI school code is 4138.
- There is an application fee payable to Scholl and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS). The application fee is slightly less for on-line submissions.
Asking about financial assistance options will not hurt your child’s chances of admission to ISI. Please contact the ISI Admissions Office at +1.317.923.1951 or admissions@isind.org to explore your options.
