ISI is a non-profit organization, governed by a Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of 21 appointed members, including parents and non-parents, one honorary member and the immediate past President. The Board generally meets bi-monthly is principally responsible for establishing fiduciary and governance policy. Board membership is an uncompensated position.
